Expect the Unexpected

Crazy Town curiously received our order of dog food Vaults on the same day we got word that Cookie, after further collaboration with Tech, is not a candidate for anesthesia after all, and therefore it is not in her best interest to risk the spay.  This will make her a 3x special needs dog who is bougie, has a puffy vulva every 6 months, not adoptable, and… our next “Rio.” ❤️

Additionally Laverne has come home to Crazy Town and has her own special room that is off limits to everyone but COOKIE the acrobat, but the entire crew has been sniffing around and really wanting to give her a grand welcome.  Jax has been speaking to her over the baby gate and as yet, he’s not speaking Vernie.

Karen is the only human approved and trusted by BoBo who  is going in for a sedated old man exam and labs while he gets routine vaccines next week. Mona has gone Bougie status and is on Apoquel and a special diet for her allergies; she and I are both allergic to dust which has increased tenfold since the backyard went fallow and so has my cleaning regimen. The costs will not be decreasing as planned and neither will the demand, it seems.   I’m saving up to hire help which will allow me to budget my energy and buy back enough time to challenge myself as a storyteller and up my game.

Lots of ways to support crazy town  – some don’t cost a dime. When you donate, every penny goes to the dogs. I refuse to get paid for being their mom. But I do sometimes use your luxurious fresh old towels before they inevitably stink forever ….
